TRANSFORMED - The Importance of Project Timing

Transcript

Dr. Joe Whitehead

There's a saying, I've learned recently

Dr. Joe Whitehead

that says to speed up, slow down. Yeah. So taking the time to slow down, plan the projects: that will allow you to speed up and get things through to completion more efficiently t han if you're trying to rush things through from the very beginning. So taking that time to plan results in an overall shorter implementation.
