Our guest for this episode is James Sedgwick a Certified Transactional Analyst in the Psychotherapy field, a University Lecturer and Author of the book, “Contextual Transactional Analysis: The Inseparability of Self and World”. We explore the central concepts and themes of Contextual TA and discuss the significant influence that context has on our understanding of ourselves, others and the world around us, after a brief discussion about psychotherapy training in the UK.
