#14 Interview with Nensi Bangoura
Track Talk : A Podcast on Horse Track Systems
07/16/24 • 50 min
In this episode, I'm chatting with Nensi about HIT Active Stables. These are similar to Track systems and Paddock Paradise but have a key difference: Specific footing and automatic feeding machines and gates, which reduce human interference. Nensi shares her insights on the benefits of these setups, drawing from her experience and role as a representative for HIT. This is valuable information worth considering.
If you are interested in the studies that have been conducted on Active Stables, please contact Nensi on Facebook or Instagram.
I hope you enjoy this episode

#11 Interview with Josepha Guillaume
Track Talk : A Podcast on Horse Track Systems
06/11/24 • 54 min
Welcome to another exciting episode of my podcast! Today, I have an incredible guest joining me all the way from Belgium. Josepha Guillaume is the author of the book "Dressage in Hand" and a pioneer in bitless dressage and so much more (you'll have to listen).
It's truly an honor to gain insights from such a professional dressage trainer and rider.
In this episode, we explore a variety of fascinating topics. Josepha shares an inspiring story about integrating a horse, previously deemed dangerous and impossible to have in a herd due to past trauma, successfully into a herd using the track system.
We also talk about:
-Barefoot horse life
-Common equine health issues
-Preconceived ideas
-Paddock paradise on small acreage
and much much more!!
I think this conversation is particularly valuable for competitive riders who think they can't have competition horses on a track system.
I thoroughly enjoyed this discussion and believe it will resonate with many of you.
You can find Josepha on facebook and Instagram.
Find Josepha's store here:

#6 Interview with Cynthia Cooper
Track Talk : A Podcast on Horse Track Systems
05/07/24 • 47 min
I am not sure if Cynthia Cooper needs introducing to our Aussies ! She is a renowned natural horsemanship trainer and educator and well-respected in the equestrian community for her holistic approach to horses.
She is one of the first, if not THE first person to bring Track Systems to Australia and she now has a hybrid between Equi central and a Track in Tasmania.
Her website is Natural Horse World where you can find her LightRider Bitless Bridle, find helpful articles and blogs as well as sign up to her monthly newsletter which always provides great UpToDate information from the horse world. If you sign up this month, you'll see me pop up with a discount code for my track booklet. You'll also get free access to her amazing natural horse care guide, which comes highly recommended.
This episode is packed with knowledge and information, and I wish I would have been more experienced to get more out of Cynthia, she would be an amazing guest at a more general Horse podcast !!HINT!!!
In saying that, we are covering so much! From Foals to Stallions and herd life over hay and grass (Safergrass.org and balancedequine.com.au )self-trimming and more! An episode not to be missed!
Thanks for listening

#5 Interview with Emma Palmer
Track Talk : A Podcast on Horse Track Systems
04/30/24 • 47 min
This episode I'm chatting with Emma from Mataranka (writing this I realize now I've pronounced it wrong) , Northern Territory, Australia. Her Track on about 6 acres and will soon have 6 horses on it.
Emma is a barefoot trimmer who started her track journey in England and built her second track in Australia. If you want to get in contact with her, I can help you until her business page is up and running (which will be linked here)
Please contact me on [email protected]
Her beautiful horse is on the cover of PB Paddock Paradise Livery's latest issue of Happy Trackin' Magazine. I think it is so awesome that she has the connection to a very popular and experienced Paddock Paradise set up and can draw on that for her own Track. There are some great nuggets of her experience shared in this conversation that has certainly given me something new to implement and think about.

#12 Interview with Ivory Rose
Track Talk : A Podcast on Horse Track Systems
06/18/24 • 50 min
This weeks guest is Ivory Rose from Western Rose Equine.
She is a HCP in the USA, Texas where she specializes in metabolic therapy with the use of non-invasive methods to create successful barefoot horses with a focus on: Diet/nutrition, movement and bodywork.
We are chatting about how to use Track principals, without actually putting up fencing and creating a 'proper' Track system. It's a great one for people wanting to keep it really simple and don't want to spend any money while still being able to better and enrich their horse's life.
We also cover great things like how Tracks and learning relates to each other and
why and how exactly the track (or Track principals) benefits the horses physically so much.
We also mention weeds, water buffets, small acreage and so much more!
Thanks for tuning in :-)
