They discuss the economics of the industry these days and how inflation is impacting restaurants. Carol and Paul then turn to the search for talent and how the Industry has worked to hold onto staff at a time when fewer Americans are willing to work.

Paul went out of town for one of the momentous two week periods in American history. The debate was a disaster for Biden. An assasination attempt against Trump.
