Timme Time - TPWD Proposed Changes 2022-2023

In this episode, I talk about the proposed changes by TPWD for 2022 and 2023. I attended one of the meetings where they discussed the impacts on the Speckled Trout population in Texas and what are believed continued impacts from the 2021 freeze and subsequent fish kill. Is there more at play? I give you my perspective and my views on what all this means.
