Ti20 Off the Boards: The Draft Network's Ryan Fowler
The Draft Network's Ryan Fowler sat down with lead digital content creator, Kenny Stubblefield, to discuss the draft prospects for Calvin Austin III and Dylan Parham.
In the first segment, Fowler was in Mobile for the Senior Bowl in early February and quickly fell in love with the Tiger players. He breaks down Calvin Austin's scouting report, impressions from his four year career at Memphis and why he thinks Calvin's skillset can make up for any physical disadvantages. Fowler shares his thoughts on where he believes Calvin will go in the draft, and what offensive scheme would best fit his skillset.
In the second segment, Fowler then talks about the journey Dylan Parham took during his time at Memphis moving from the tight end position to ultimately becoming a stalwart offensive lineman. Fowler breaks down what part of Dylan's body will help him succeed in the NFL. He describes how his elite athleticism will help him in techniques that a lot of lineman struggle with. Fowler's biggest concern for Parham is his weight and shares that this is the only thing that will limit his productiveness on the field.
