Doug has a career record of 694-256, 7-time State Champion, 6-time State runner-up, and has received numerous recognitions nationally. Join us as we have a discussion with former Creighton Athletic Director, Bruce Rasmussen about how coaches can develop alertness in their players and team.

Rasmussen served as Creighton's Director of Athletics from Aug. 1, 1994 to Aug. 16, 2021. In his 27 years as athletics director, Creighton rose to national prominence with its success inside and outside the lines of athletic competition. The Bluejays won 43 regular-season conference titles and 43 conference tournament titles, graduated outstanding young women and men, built new facilities for nearly every sports program, and celebrated record-breaking fundraising campaigns. Rasmussen fostered Creighton's success in the Missouri Valley Conference, and he played a major role in Creighton's entrance into the BIG EAST Conference in March 2013.

Tom Osborne is a former American football player, coach, college athletics administrator, and politician from Nebraska. He served as head football coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers from 1973 to 1997 (25 seasons). After being inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1999, Osborne was elected to Congress in 2000 from Nebraska's third district as a Republican. He served three terms (2001–2007), returned to the University of Nebraska as athletic director in 2007, and retired in 2013.
