For more than a year, a person (or persons unknown) terrorized the city of New Orleans. The actual number of victims is unknown because it’s not clear if they were all committed by the same person. We’ll cover the “attributed victims” and the possible motives that may have been behind the attacks. It’s more than just what you saw Danny Huston portray on AHS Coven.
