Welcome to the Thinketh.Club podcast! 🎙️ In this episode, we dive into the darkness of suicidal thoughts and discuss how common it is for people to spiral into a dark place. Alexander and I share our personal experiences and how we managed to come out of it. 🌌

We also talk about how the sexual abuse we suffered affected our identity as “men.” It’s essential to have open conversations about sexual abuse; it can help people in different ways. If you’ve been through it, find someone to talk to.

Ignoring it doesn’t make it go away.

Males make up 49% of the population but nearly 80% of suicides. This heavy statistic is a reality we need to address.

From my experience in many classes and seminars on recognizing the “signs,” it’s not just about spotting them. It’s about allowing people to express their pain without judgment.

Life can get fucking hard. Men are often brainwashed to put on a brave face when it’s not ok. I suffered for years thinking I was alone until I shared my story and found a way out of the darkness.
