You are invited! World-wide Live Simultaneous TU Meet-Ups 4/22/22 SPECIAL EPISODE (174)

YOU ARE INVITED: TU Simultaneous Meet Up this Friday April 22, 2022. 

A crazy thing is happening –

We heard the idea from one of our listeners in a TU discussion group, and it started as simply a thought-experiment.  She asked if we’d host a live meet up for listeners in Austin, TX.  We felt bad about that – what about everyone else?  Well…… We say we want to build community, but what does that really mean?  We knew we needed to get folks live in person meeting one another locally.  So, we in conjunction with our Therapist Uncensored Meet Up in Austin TX, we also called out to anyone else interested in joining us at the same time in your local area.  Well…. it took OFF!!

So…. this Friday 4/22/22 anyone interested in learning more about applied modern attachment and sharing the life-changing science are invited to join us for a live meet up.  See if there is one near you, or join us for part of it streamed live on FB.

We are expecting a good crowd this Friday 4/22/22 at Lustre Pearl in Austin 4-7 pm, but round about the same time there are OVER TWO DOZEN additional live meetings happening across the globe (check for timezone conversions).  Just think about this for a moment…. the courage of hosts willing to raise their hand and offer to host a gathering not knowing if there was anyone in their area to attend. The bravery of isolated listeners coming in to a coffee shop or pub and meeting around this notion of building security.  It is COOL AS SHIT!!

JOIN US – it’s going to be a blast!

Countries joining us with Meet Ups include: Australia (Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane), Canada (Ottowa, Nelson BC, Toronto), Romania (Iași) South Korea, England (London), Germany (Freiberg) and New Zealand (Wellington).  There are also many sprinkled all across the United States!  This includes the big one’s such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Boston and Houston but also many others as well.  At time of publication hosts in the following cities are joining in with us –Anchorage, AL; Ann Arbor, MI; Philadelphia, PA; Portland OR; Long Beach CA; Roswell, GA; Shorthills, NJ; West Palm Beach and St. Petersberg, FL; Boseman, MT; Denver, Co; Middleton CT; Scottsdale, AZ; Brooklyn & Saratoga Springs, NY and of course Austin, TX. 

See below to find out if there is one near you – we are not adding any additional locations at this time due to time constraints but will be going live to join in with those from afar that can’t make any of these on Friday.

Meet your neuronerd neighbors!

What’s the point?  Intention is important, and these live simultaneous meet ups are indeed purposeful with several main goals. 

1. Gathering in and of itself is an act of power

2. Connecting with locals grows community 

3. Networking of all different sorts for mutual resources and shared support

4. Idea incubator – get a bunch of smart interesting people together and get out of the way – cool things happen!

5. Potential to fund-raise for local mental health charities 

6. Pleasure!  That’s it.  To have fun is as high a purpose as any! 

OK friends, if you plan on attending please just shoot your host an email so they can expect you (but come anyway even if you didn’t let them know ahead of time).  If you want to participate but don’t have one near you, we will be on FB Live for portions of it – join us there! (Sorry but we are not able to add new host locations at this time due to time constraints)
