In this episode, I introduce myself & why I decided to share “Esta” or “eta” (this one) with the listeners.

I named my inner child “eta”. She shows up uninvited and most times abruptly by different triggers, but mostly when she’s scared and feels unsafe or not considered by others. Here I talk about my inner child healing process. How I recognize the patterns and still am healing from them. I share inner child healing experiences & how re-parenting looks like to me.

Fall moves from personal development into signs of external development by integrating self with the desires to connect to others.

This season is the transition where nature begins to retreat in preparation for winter. Leaves turn, the harvest enter the soil with nutrients by going inward and appearing poised on the outside. So it is so with these 3 signs.
