Holding a Business Degree with an emphasis in marketing I worked in the corporate world for the first 15 years after graduating. It was at the end of those 15 years that I had the clear call of God on my life to enter vocational ministry and plant a church. So I quit my six-figure business career, the Senior Leadership Team of a $200M national healthcare company, and gave up my corner office. I burned the ships! I enrolled in Talbot Theological Seminary and graduated two years later. After graduating I planted a non-denominational Bible teaching church in 2006. I have watched it grow from 25 people in a backyard to celebrate Easter each year with over 5000 people, a permanent campus, and a multi-staff of over 70. My wife, Stacey, and I have been married for 34 years, have 3 married kids, and 2 grandkids. We still love each other and we love our church. My life story is the story of God’s grace. Now I want to share some of the grace with other Lead Pastors.
