The week on the Stoop, we finish up the 6-Month heated rivalry between Bob Roop vs. Kevin Sullivan, and then we turn our attention to what everyone has been waiting for... Bob Roop's attempted "takeover" of the San Francisco territory from promoter Roy Shire, and the end result of that situation! First, we finish up the personal feud between Bob Roop vs. Kevin Sullivan, as we talk pull apart brawls, plus Death & Cage Matches! Listen to what Kevin Sullivan refers to as the worst finish of a match he's ever been involved in, thanks to promoter Roy Shire. Then from there, we turn our attention to the entire Roop/Shire debacle that led to a potential "hostile takeover" before the whistle was blown and Bob was given his notice. Who is Louie Miller? What REALLY happened? A licensed suspended! The entire story is told this week, a true piece of wrestling history discussed in detail! And don't worry wrestling history fans, Bob covers a lot of that too! Roop recalls his memories of the Texas Outlaws (Dusty Rhodes & Dick Murdoch) and their arrival to the Florida territory, his first experiences meeting the future "American Dream", Cowboy Luttrall's booking style and how Eddie Graham changed the Florida territory for the better, and so much more! It's quite the mixture of history and fun this week, guaranteed fun times ahead!
