On today's episode, we get the chance to hear from Bridgitte Mallinson, MS, RDN, founder of GutPersonal, and WOW—her story, energy, and impact are next level.

But here’s what makes her journey even more incredible:

At just 21 years old—an athlete, eating clean, and doing everything right—Bridgitte was put on five different medications after being told she had IBS.

💊 No real answers.
💊 No long-term solutions.
💊 Just meds and “BS” that weren’t actually fixing the problem.

Today, her story is completely different.

After discovering functional medicine, she healed her gut, got off those meds, and transformed her life. And now? She’s built a company to help women do the same—without all the band-aid solutions.

And She Didn’t Just Build One Company...

🚀 She scaled TWO businesses to 7+ figures during the pandemic.
🚀 She created GutPersonal, a female-founded, female-funded company.
🚀 She’s empowering women to take control of their health & wealth.

Bridgitte and her team (of women) have been there. And now, they’re solving the problem with personalized, science-backed solutions, and the highest quality ingredients.

And let’s talk about their products—because my household is a regular user!
The Miracle Worker—Magnesium powder - my personal fave! (My BF loves the capsules.) Magnesium will help your sleep, digestion and cramps/soreness.
The Booster—a targeted probiotic so soothing and essential for gut health.
The Sunshine (Vitamin D)—a game-changer for overall wellness, immune support and natural energy.

Bridgitte is proof that when you prioritize your health, wealth, and impact, you unlock a whole new level of success.

I used to give out someone else's code because I love their company so much. But we now have a code of our own!! Code WOMEN is our unique ID that listeners of the podcast can use at GutPersonal, https://www.gutpersonal.com/.

Let me know which products are your favorites!

Valerie Gangas is a woman on top!
In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing the incredible Valerie Gangas.
I might be biased, but she has a GREAT first name ;)
Valerie is the co-founder of Juniper Holiday & Home (a luxury short-term rental company) and she most recently served as a producer of a film. She has previous experience working with Oprah and her team around mindfulness and meditation and overall, she is an absolute gem of a female leader.
She also is the best-selling author of two amazing book: “In Deep Shift” and “Enlightenment is Sexy”.
Some Symptoms You Might be in a Season of "Shift"

  • experiencing deeper emotions
  • desire more solitude
  • become interested in different things
  • have a change of focus or lack of focus
  • have a heightened sense of intuition
  • start noticing synchronicities
  • feel more physical sensations
  • question your beliefs and narratives

.... You might not be going crazy, you likely are just in a season of DEEP SHIFT. And as Valerie puts it in our episode together, it feels like you’re in DEEP SH*T because it can be painful and uncomfortable.
But, rest assured, you’re not alone and it DOES get better!
Rather than seeking a return to normalcy,
Valerie explains that deep shifts are actually an invitation to transform, awaken, and come home to our true selves.
Valerie helps us believe that enlightenment is not just for yogis—it’s for everyone who dares to embrace their inner magic.
She shares how trauma can be a catalyst for self-discovery and how we need to go WITHIN to find everything we need. This episode reminds me that the universe lives within each of us.
Remember, ladies, we’re not losing it—we’re in a deep shift!
Let’s embrace it together!
