Are you constantly putting out little fires?
Do you want a calm and loving home but something always goes off the rails?
The first step to finding solutions for a anxiety-free home is to diagnose the problem!
I would bet that these 8 things are "CHAOS CREATORS" in your home!
1. Communication, am I right? Do you have open dialogue with the people you live with? Are you misunderstanding each other? Do you have a "command center" to leave notes and share concerns?
2. Cost... Are rising costs of the goods and services you are buying stressing you out? Does money cause anxiety and overwhelm or do you decide to make purchases because convenience is worth the cost? You decide:)
3. Cleaning... do you have a plan for cleaning your home or do you need to edit that plan?
4. Competence... are the skill sets of you family members needing some tweaking!?
5. Calendar... what season are you in right now? What needs to be cut? What needs to be added?
6. Cooking... do you have a plan for meal planning, shopping, prep and clean up? This is a major chaos creator for most families!
7. Culture... is the culture around you stressing you out? Is the culture in your home needing some attention? This is what gets to a mother's heart more than anything!!
8. Crashes.... they happen every day. Some are big like a literal car crash, some are small like a temper tantrum, but they all cause havoc for your mental, emotional and even physical health.
Write down which ones you need a plan for and begin to tackle solutions! Stay tuned to future episodes where I help you write holistic game plans for you and your family members. We are better together!
