SPECIAL EPISODE: FRUM WOMEN HAVE FACES
The Weekly Squeeze With Chanale
10/14/22 • 46 min
This episode is a response to the HUNDREDS of comments left under the Nshei Adirei Hatorah music video for "Ve'at Alis Al Kulana" , a song written by Chayale Neuhaus, performed by Baruch Levine and produced by Doni Gross and posted on INSTAGRAM.
The audio-visual presentation was shown in Lakewood on Sunday Aseres Yimei Teshuva for 10,000 women who came to take part in the momentous Nshei Adirei Hatorah gathering.
The purpose of the song was to highlight the Nshei Chayil that holds up our world.
Unfortunately, based on the comments under the video from FRUM women around the world, this song DID NOT bring home a positive or uplifting message.

At a family friend’s bat
mitzvah a couple years ago,
the women in attendance
were asked to choose any
Mishne from Pirkei Avot and
to write a note about why
they chose it, to give to the
bat mitzvah girl. Lucy Dee
chose this weeks Mishne; 1:6
Lucy wrote; I chose this
Passuk because it has just a
little bit of everything that's
important - and Be'ezrat
Hashem you have the
opportunity to enjoy the first
2 at home, and exercise the
third!
Mazal tov!
Love, Lucy
In classic Lucy style, she was the only person to personalise her note; adding flowers and colours.
It really does speak to the person that she was, always going the extra mile to make somebody else feel special.
Lucy epitomises the type of person that this mishne advises us to aspire to be; someone who invests time and
effort into her relationship, making the people around her feel special.
We hope that the learning this week is all the more meaningful, knowing that it particularly resonated with Lucy.

They're Takin' Over My House, IDF Wins, and Writing a Holocaust Survival Story
The Weekly Squeeze With Chanale
12/08/24 • 24 min
In Episode 217 of The Weekly Squeeze, I’m getting real about parenting chaos (spoiler: kids destroy everything), why my gardening dreams went up in flames, and the genius of Israeli inventions that changed the world. I’m also sharing updates on my grandmother’s Holocaust survival story—yes, I’m writing a book—and how I’m keeping IDF soldiers fed, celebrated, and loved. This episode is raw, real, and packed with inspiration, laughter, and a heavy dose of Israeli pride. Don’t miss it!
