The WEBB Remedy Podcast

The WEBB Remedy Podcast

WEBB Squared - an NC non-profit

The WEBB Remedy Podcast is an entrepreneurial Mindset Shifting project of WEBB Squared, a nonprofit incubator/accelerator supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs in North Carolina. Through tailored coaching and innovative training, WEBB expedites this transformation, empowering entrepreneurs to develop their enterprises with confidence, resources, and influence, thereby effecting positive change within themselves, their businesses, and their communities.
The WEBB Remedy Podcast is hosted by Stephanie Terry and Rinnie Orr, the co-founders and directors of WEBB Squared. The podcast accompanies a weekly Monday Mindset reminder blog and email to the entrepreneurs in the WEBB program. We believe that "our evolution begins with dialogue" and we aim to discuss and model the sometimes difficult and vulnerable conversations around mindset growth and transformation.

Food for thought
In our June 24 Blog post Monday Mindset: The Company You Keep, we encouraged you to think about finding an appropriate accountability partner to help you stay on track while you are building your business. As part of our Mindset Project at WEBB Squared, we want to form a Monday Mindset group accountability session the 3rd Monday of each month - Sept, Oct, and Nov. '
Join us at 6:30 pm on September 16, via zoom to =stay motivated and accountable, share progress reports, and receive support and encouragement from one another.
Also, much of our understanding and conversation on habits come from James Clear’s book “Atomic Habits: An easy and proven way to build good habits and break bad ones. The book is available at Amazon for $13. Stephanie and I highly recommend it.
