In this episode Ron Ben-Joseph and I have a great conversation about our own journeys with mental health and how it can feel like a trap and what happens when you start to shift out of the haze and can expand beyond the limited capacity that happens when you are dealing with mental health issues.
I talk very personally about my journey around shifting my bi-polar tendencies that had been debilitating and really effecting my ability to function.
We have both been doing the work to overcome our mental game and It has improved our lives across the board. I even share some vulnerable truths about my marriage in here.
