This week, George Perez takes a seat in The Wayback! ("George Perez Stories" podcast). In this episode, George takes us back to what is was like growing up in Los Angeles in the 1980s as the 2nd youngest of 15 kids! George gets nostalgic about sneaking out, running the block with his crew "The BMX Bandits", and playing their favorite neighborhood game "ditch 'em." Ryan and George then take a deep dive on what was a staple for many kids in the 80s: Nintendo tournaments. They reminisce about Contra, Duck Hunt, Ice Hockey, Madden, and the all-time classic, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out! Lastly, Ryan and George take us back to their high school days to relive some of the successes and failures (mostly failures) of their early female pursuits.
