Episode 2: Water Data and Agriculture

Agriculture is the largest user of freshwater globally and this demand is only projected to increase. With irregular monsoon patterns and depleting water levels, ensuring sustainable management of water for agriculture is crucial for food security and livelihoods as well as biodiversity and climate change. Jagdeesh Rao from Foundation for Ecological Security (FES), Jasmer Dhingra from IDH, Kunal Prasad from CropIn join hosts Nirat Bhatnagar and Veena Srinivasan to share their experience on-ground with the use and role of data in water management for agriculture.
