Bill Bachman is an international performer, clinician, composer, arranger and all around incredible human being.
Bill has worked with some incredible ensembles throughout his career. The Cadets, Blue Coats, Blue Knights, Carolina Crown, Magic of Orlando and others. He studied at the Berklee College of Music as well as the University of North Texas and is the founder of Drumworkout.com
He is the author of Row-Loff's Rudimental Logic, Quad Logic, and Bass Logic; designer of Vic Firth's Heavy Hitter pad series and is a contributing writer for Modern Drummer magazine. Bill is an endorser/clinician for Remo drumheads, Zildjian cymbals, Vic Firth sticks & mallets, Row-Loff Productions, and Earaserz in-ear earplugs.
In this episode we unpack drumming mentalities, mentorship, determination, and success. Although 2019-2020 was a challenging time for Bill, we discuss how one builds the skills necessary to become a world class musician in today challenging world.

SGT Stuart Warmington spent the last 22 years performing in the world famous Corps of Drums of Her Majesty's Royal Marines.
As Partner & Marching Division Manager for the British Drum Company, this connects Stu with marching bands from all over the world and allows him to interact closely with the youth marching band activity in the United Kingdom. He also oversees Research and Development, Artist Relations, and all Product Development for the Marching Division.
As a former President for the Traditional Youth Marching Band Association (TYMBA), this allowed Warmington to stay connected with younger generations of musicians while continuing to positively influence the future of traditional drummers in the U.K.
In 2014 Stu became the Percussion Advisor for the Liberty High School Grenadier Band in Bethlehem, PA (just outside of Philadelphia). The band has over 290 members with a 30 strong Corps of Drums. This positions involves traveling to the United States on regular occasions to teach and make sure the Drums Corps maintains their incredibly high standard. He also composed and arranges for their Corps of Drums.

Professor Ken Green is the Associate Director of Bands and Professor of Percussion at Northwestern State University of Louisiana. Having received wide recognition as a performer, conductor, educator, arranger, he is in great demand as a clinician, consultant, and adjudicator. He holds degrees from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, New York, and the University of Kansas. Mr. Green is the past President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Percussive Arts Society, a member of the Percussive Arts Societies Marching Percussion Committee, Vice President of the International Association of Traditional Drummers, and Principal Timpanist with the Rapides Symphony Orchestra. He holds memberships in Phi Beta Mu, Phi Mu Alpha, Sigma Alpha Iota, Kappa Kappa Psi, and Tau Beta Sigma fraternities. Ken Green is also a member of several adjudicators associations throughout the United States and Canada.
His principal instructors have been Jim Petercsak, Harold Green, Nick Attanasio, John S. Pratt, Joe Morello, George Boberg, and Allen Benson. Ken is proud to be an Artist/Endorsee for Innovative Percussion.
