This week we are joined by a man originally from Canada, who moved to the US at age 8 and has resided in China for the last 12 years. Coach Colin Thompson worked for corporations initially, and then started his independent career in coaching in 2018. Although many coaches left when COVID-19 erupted, Colin chose to stay. He wants to assist people with the transition out of COVID-19 by offering free coaching sessions across the globe. Colin and I also have a very candid conversation about race in America and abroad, through the context of Colin's experiences as a black man in multiple countries and cultures.
