Our next episode is on the Environment, its fair to say that without natural resources there would be no human existence, and one has to wonder if we as humans realise the importance nature plays in our our lives.
In this 46 minute concise episode, we speak to Peggy Liu, the chairperson of JUCCCE about the importance of going green, what it means for our environment, and what the status of our environment is at the moment.
We have come to find out that its about taking responsibility and initiative by participating in some of the practices constructed to ensure a safer, healthier, and greener Earth.
Social responsibility acted on by well known people and organisations is key to driving initiatives, and adidas are leading by example when it comes to caring for the environment. we elaborate in the episode on how they are pulling their weight.

Ep.4 Media Wellness: Fake news, its a real thing.

Hey everybody.
It's been 2 weeks into lockdown, and we trust you have all been coping well during these times.
The news is mightily important in order for the community to remain informed and up to date with current affairs that are integral in the wellbeing of our lives. the news brings us all sorts of topics, from politics to economics and right through to sports. at the current moment there has been an influx in news on, yes you guessed it, the corona virus. The rate at witch people are being infected, dying , and mentally being affected are alarming, alarming to the point where the whole world is experiencing fear.
Governments have enforced a lockdown in most countries, denying human interaction. luckily there is social media and that allows us to stay in touch with the world. social media is also the easiest way to pass on news, a great piece of innovation indeed. However with the fear that is already caused by the COVID19 pandemic on people, social media has a way to heighten that fear, and that is by spreading fake news. in this episode we look at what fake news is, how to spot it and finding the solution to put it to bed.
