Carolyn Griffey is an American female soul vocalist, and member of the soul funk group Shalamar. She is the daughter of Carrie Lucas and Solar Records boss Dick Griffey, who worked with Don Cornelius in the television program, Soul Train.Griffey grew up around The Whispers, Shalamar, Midnight Star, Dynasty, Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye and James Brown, who all appeared on Soul Train or who were signed to Solar Records. In 1990 she was signed to Sony Records as part of the dance-pop duo called 'Absolute'. This group released one album, For All Seasons, in 1990. Their singles included "Cheap Shot" and "Gotta Lambada" and "This Moment In Time" both (from the movie soundtrack of Lambada.)She has been the lead female vocalist of Shalamar since 2001. She appeared on ITV’s Hit Me, Baby, One More Time in 2005, and has been touring the world with the Howard Hewett and Jeffrey Daniel.

She also sang with the Andraé Crouch Gospel Choir, who are known for their work on Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror", "Keep the Faith" and "Will You Be There".Griffey currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee.In October 2009, Griffey performed with Hewett and Daniel in Shalamar at London's O2 Arena. This prompted a return for a tour in the UK in April 2010. They have been an annual feature at London's O2 Arena every December since 2010. In 2014 Griffey appeared with Howard Hewett and Jeffrey Daniel for two Shalamar concerts at the Manchester Ritz and London O2

Victor talks with Brian McKnight Jr. and Niko McKnight, the sons of Award winning singer/songwriters Brian McKnight and Julie (Brooks) McKnight. Dr. Wright is a transformational, highly experienced and professionally trained Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and proven success in passionately leading people and managing projects and initiatives in government; in private practice; in academia, as Assistant Professor and Clinical Faculty for Temple University; and in rehabilitation and correction.

As a clinical consultant, facilitator and trainer, Dr. Wright teaches the subtleties of human interaction to successfully embrace and celebrate the variety of personalities in the workforce and community. His extensive research in human behavior and skill in delivering mission-critical results in direct clinical care, supervision and management have contributed to his success in contributing as a subject matter expert for media such as WDAS FM in Philadelphia, where he is a regular contributor on “Headlines” with Frankie Darcell, a weekly radio program; and on cable TV programs such as “A Multitude of Counselors,” which is in its third season on faith network, Three Angels Broadcast Network (3ABN), providing content on behavioral health and faith. Dr. Wright is a regular contributor to journals, educational newsletters, and faith-based magazines, where his focus is on the connection between psychology, faith and spirituality.

Dr. Wright recently completed his book: Find Strength in Your Struggle: Discover The Miracle in You, which highlights his concept of “spiritual depression” and how it impacts the spiritual core of people from all walks of life. He conducts interactive and highly charged seminars, workshops and trainings on a variety of topics related to behavioral health and wellness, population health education, and trauma-informed care for a diverse group of clientele throughout the United States, including law enforcement, rehabilitation and correction, academic institutions, judicial appointees, faith-based organizations, and community service agencies providing behavioral health resources and support to people in recovery.
