Dr. Lindsay is a veterinarian working with an Austin-based organization called Emancipet, whose mission is to make veterinary care affordable and accessible. Katya and Dr. Daly talk about why the financial barrier to pet ownership should be reduced and what Emancipet is actively doing about it today. Dr. Daly also shares when she realized that vet medicine was her calling and what programs are being created to diversify the veterinarian industry.
