SPOILERS RE: CONTENT: Conrad’s fiancee, Phoebe, died as the result of a Romeo and Juliet type situation where they were both supposed to fake their deaths and run away together. Due to the intense secrecy of their relationship, they miscommunicate, with Conrad taking the Juliet role and Phoebe Romeo. Conrad believes it is his fault and has never obtained closure. This is heavily stylized to reference Romeo and Juliet throughout.

Act Two Trailer: The Vanishing Act

The Vanishing Act will return with ACT TWO (Parts 5-8) starting on January 22nd! We pick up two years after the events of THE LEVITATING WOMAN, and all the way across the world, where Augie Eckhart is looking to start fresh and forget the "friend" that ran off and left him in Paris in the middle of a two-year lease. How did he get here? Who are all these new characters? And how does this have anything to do with Jean-Jacquline Lemarque's titular Vanishing Act? You'll just have to join us in Part Five: The Flashback!

The Vanishing Act is a scripted comedy series, a heist, a con, a murder mystery, and a disappearing act all at once, finding a slew of off-color characters at odds with art, fame, magic, and history in the making. Episode five premieres January 22nd, 2021.
