Anthony Winfield is the owner of Born Leaders Inc., he discusses the importance of saving, not only for maintaining his trucks, but to be able to treat his employees to a bonus. He was able to have two emergency funds that were set up through his factoring company. Going from city to city and stop to stop is a correlation for Anthony as a tour manager in the music industry. Being the owner of his business is the biggest difference between the two industries; having to know the load sizes and utilizing personnel adequately.
