There comes times when employees may bump heads with their employers. Employees feel underappreciated, taken for granted, or replaceable. I have a few thoughts on that feeling of exchangeability. Creating a series of guidelines and systems that could potentially help any employee fill your position in the case that you should be unable to, be promoted out of, or decide to move on from, should be seen as an incredibly valuable asset to a business. In this episode, I encourage you to think differently about what it means to feel "replaceable" in the workplace and how it doesn't always have to be a negative feeling.
Cheers,
