Dr. Stephanie Davis, DC, MSc(c), IFMCP(c) is a functional medicine practitioner, subconscious and trauma therapist, researcher, speaker, and most importantly, a Mom. Like you, I want to be the best Mom I can be and that requires us to prioritize ourselves. I believe that we are all capable of having thriving lives if we focus on all aspects of health- physical, mental, and emotional. Over the last 18 years, I've helped thousands of women and children all over the world discover the roots of their symptoms and conditions, craft programs to solve their issues, and empower them with knowledge for the future. I found my way into functional medicine and trauma healing because of my own health challenges: severe childhood allergies, dysmenorrhea/PMS, hormonal migraines, Hashimoto's, biotoxin illness from mold/mycotoxins, Epstein-Barr virus, Lyme, and Bartonella, emotional trauma and recently perimenopause challenges. What I discovered on my own healing journey is that even though addressing my symptoms through functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle helped, it was the emotional and trauma healing on the subconscious level that moved the needle the most allowing me to thrive. It is this combination of subconscious emotional and trauma work combined with targeted nutrition and lifestyle change that brings transformation and allows the moms I work with to go from surviving to thriving in the Thriving Mama Program. I've trained with Institute for Functional Medicine, The Kalish Institute, Apex Energetics/Datis Kharazzian, HeartMath Institute, Ziva Meditation, Shetreat Certification, and Psychosomatic University among others.
