Rob Koch, PhD, is a historian of Latin America and combat veteran whose research focuses on the geopolitics of Argentine Peronism and the notion of forming a 'Third Position' or 'Third Way' to bring about a post-imperial world order. His work also looks at the global proliferation of counterinsurgency during the Cold War, including the international spread of dirty war methods.
