On this week's episode, we had Luke Harwerth (Type 3) on the show.

Luke is the other half of the dynamic influencer duo called Twin Sauce, and you can follow them on TikTok and Instagram. They have over 300k followers on TikTok and over 100k followers on Instagram. Luke has had a wide variety of jobs ranging from corporate to artistic entrepreneurial jobs, he's always had a passion for dance, and in this episode he shares very vulnerably with us what it's like to be a type Three on the Enneagram.

Luke shares a pivotal childhood story that solidifed the wounding message that he is unworthy. He also talks about the difficulties of being present and the stillness and loneliness that sometimes comes with slowing down and being present to yourself and your feelings. But he also talks about the identity-solidifying rewards of those practices.

This week we have Paul Harwerth (Type 7) on the show!

Paul is half of the twin duo known as Twinsauce (300k+ followers on TikTok). After working his way through his bachelors degree in theatre as a wedding photographer, he went straight to work in the film industry. While working in and around the industry he ran a photo & video production company as well as Twinsauce. Now, he and Luke do Twinsauce full-time!

Paul is also a type 7 who is learning how to engage with his heart center. He explains why 7s don’t tend to engage with their feelings and how thinking about your feelings is not the same as engaging with them. He also talks about the flood of feelings he keeps locked away inside an airtight safe and offers some wisdom on how to unlock and let the waters flow - a deeply healthy move for someone who leads with type 7 to make.

This epsiode is all about brutal honesty and rawness.

And who better to display those virtues than an Eight!

Our type Eight representative this week is Stacy DeVries.

Stacy is an 8 (with a heavy 9 wing), who is a certified Enneagram coach and the principal and counsellor for an online high school in beautiful British Columbia. She also oversees a school in Uganda that she started after biking around the country for her 50th birthday celebration. She enjoys cold plunging, biking, yoga, and camping in her VW van. The Enneagram has transformed the way she interacts with everyone in her life and it helps her extend grace and patience to others and to herself!

In this episode, Stacy talks about anger and how she feels it as passion in her body that pushes her to act justly. As an educated and certified coach herself, Stacy shares many aspects of not just her 8 core self, but also her other parts (like her independent 5 part, helpful 2 part, and peaceful 9 part). This episode is quite a riveting listen. Above all, Stacy shows how vulnerability is not weakness, but actually "strength in disguise."
