Hey Everyone and welcome to The Standup Podcast where this week we're going to be diving into the topic of Prioritization, specifically problems many Product Owners or companies face and methods which you can use to be successful when prioritizing your backlog.

It's all too common that companies lack the bandwidth to get everything they want done, so having smart, concise prioritization is the key to success for any Agile adoption. The reason prioritization is important is because it forces the conversation of value to the end customer, be they internal or external.

One common issue early Agile adoptions face is just a flood of new User Stories in the backlog of a new Scrum team or new Agile program with no real strategy to begin chopping that pile of wood.
