Anneke Lucas is a public speaker, with talks at TEDx and NEXUS, and an advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and sex trafficking. As a survivor of extreme childhood abuse, she has spent 30 years focused on healing with the help of yoga.
In 2014, Anneke founded the non-profit organization Liberation Prison Yoga, bringing yoga and empowerment programs to prisons in the New York area. She serves as the Executive Director and leads their teacher trainings. She is writing a book about the Unconditional Model, which is a revolutionary healing modality she developed based on her own healing journey and years of service.
