Hannah Reinhardt, a senior distance runner from Clarence, N.Y. is one of the most decorated distance runners in UAlbany program history, repeating as America East individual cross country champion this year, setting school records at both 5K and 6K, becoming the first Great Dane to win NCAA XC Regional championships, and qualifying for NCAA XC Championships. Today she speaks about the personal story she wrote for the America East Conference's AE Voices series. Their #BetterTo9ether initiative aims to help create more mentally healthy environments for AE student-athletes.
