As an Early Childhood Educator, he works in a daycare, which is extremely important job that is too often under-resourced. We talk about ECE classifications, men in daycares, changing philosophies, the image of child, burnout, lack of PD opportunities, bringing ECE into the school system, the importance of play, planning the program in a daycare, play provocations, playing guns in daycares, and remaining unbiased.
