Staley had on football history with the formation of the Decatur Staleys, the team that went on to become the Chicago Staleys and eventually the Chicago Bears. Jerry shares his experience in uniting the local business community and volunteers in the arts to create a monumental mural in Decatur that preserves the history of the past Staleys footbal team to the present Chicago Bears.
