Dr. Coleman received her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, IL, and her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Illinois.

Greetings everyone. Welcome to Rural Insight. Today, we are delighted that we are going to be talking with for our podcast and our video series, Senator Ed McBroom from Vulcan, Michigan, and he is the Senator from the 38th District. I'm proud to say he's an alumnus of Northern Michigan University. And also, as he knows, I love the story that he is also one of the active members of the alumni marching band, which always made me very happy when I was President.
