Eric Thomas Dee is the COO of Foodee Global Concepts, owned and handled by the Dee family who have been in the F&B industry for more than 30 years. FGC has the most Michelin rated brands such as Tim Ho Wan, Hawker Chan, as well as homegrown brands like Mesa, Pound, Sunnies Café, and many others.
As an international business management graduate of Menlo College, Atherton, California, he uses his expertise to aggressively expand and bring the hottest and most accessible brands to the Philippines. What started as a simple dream, to offer delicious food court options in the nation’s malls, has now grown into a food empire that has spread its wings to multi-cuisine global brands that have shaped the landscape of the Philippine restaurant scene.
Aside from FGC, Eric also launched and operates Food District Signatures that houses a number of restaurants in One Bonifacio High Street, a curated multi-concept dining and lifestyle district. He is also the Co-founder of the country’s fastest growing Cloud Kitchen startup, “Kravers Canteen”, a response to the pandemic and surge of delivery.

Katrina Chan is the Executive Director of QBO Innovation Hub, a Philippine Innovation Hub and start up platform which she co-founded in 2016. Since the lockdown started, they conducted more than 160 programs benefitting all start ups, reaching more than 36,000 participants online. Aside from that, she previously served as Head of Growth and Strategy at Ideaspace, the Philippines largest private start up accelarator.

Following the announcement of her new role as the Executive Director, QBO Innovation Hub and Ideaspace announced the restructuring in their organization. QBO's program have also expanded to include the Annual Philippine Start-Up week, a large-scale conference showcasing the Philippines' startup community.

Katrina obtained her BS in Materials Science and Engineering, with a double major in Business administration at Carnegie Mellon University. On top of that, she is also the recipient of several accolades including the United Nations Asia Pacific Women Empowerment Principles' regional award for Youth Leadership and the first Mansmith Innovation Awards which recognized her as Enterprise Innovator for Business Model Innovation.

Gerry Santos is the founder and CEO of Mr. Freeze, and the current title holder of Entrepreneur of the Year in the Asia Leaders Awards (and has been for three consecutive years now). One of his first recognitions in the industry was when Mr. Freeze was chosen among 5000 SMEs as the Most Outstanding SME Partner by MERALCO Luminary in 2011.
