Balance is such a key thing when it comes to body position on a bike!
And for riding.. You don't want to be too forward or backward.. being able to balance around turns.. slow and fast
But many of us don't practice it... we don't work on this system.
In this episode I talk about bringn in balance to exercises and some key reasons why.
