On this week's episode, we revisit the September 25, 1993 episode of USWA Championship Wrestling! The entire ringside area is surrounded by a dog pen of sorts...actually, not of sorts. It's actually a dog pen around the ring this week but we'll all agree to pretend it's a "steel cage". TWO CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES as Tommy "Wildfire" Rich defends against the "Fabulous One" Jeff Jarrett and The Dog Catchers defend against the Moondogs. Plus: Brian Christopher is looking for a "Male Valet" for Miss Simpson, PG-13 introduces "Midget D", and we hear from "the King" who was victorious last week over "Tonto".

On this week's episode, we revisit the September 18, 1993 episode of USWA Championship Wrestling! Fresh off Tatanka defeating "The King" for the Unified title, Vince McMahon sends in a promo WEARING THE BELT! It was a big week in the USWA last week, as not only did Tatanka win the Unified title, Tommy Rich won the USWA title and the Dog Catchers won the tag team belts. Jerry Lawler suggests a "Survivor Series" match with all the titles on the line this week at the Mid-South Coliseum! Plus, Tommy "Wildfire" Rich is in action in the TV-5 studio and so is "Native American" Tatanka taking on Freezer Thompson. Another fun episode of the Retro Wrestling Re-View USWA Podcast!!

Re-View #44: USWA 10/2/93 (Macho Man Returns to Memphis... Again!)
On this week's episode, we revisit the October 2, 1993 episode of USWA Championship Wrestling! As we prepare for a match that has been inexplicably labeled the "Fire on the Mountain" match, we hear from Jerry 'the King' Lawler, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, and everyone's favorite chairman of the board Vince McMahon. The American Eagles are in action this week, PG-13w/Midget D take on Team TONY (Tony Williams/Tony Falk---we gave them that name), Tommy "Wildfire" Rich is here but refuses to wrestle his scheduled match, our favorite "now that's fabulous" segment yet, and a main event featuring Jeff Gaylord that should be considered the precursor to "Botchamania". Plus, this week we got not ONE but TWO voicemails from big time "superstars" in the biz! Brian Tramel from STSPod.club sits in for Richard with Gene & Josh. Stop by and check it out! It's a fun one.
