They might be left feeling like a small, scared child - and that’s exactly where this is all coming from, according to our guest this week, Phoebe Rogers! Phoebe is a clinical psychologist who specialises in dealing with ‘inner child trauma’, or to put it more simply, personality traits that have been created by wounds and unmet needs from our childhood and have stuck around to adulthood. She’s also extended her therapy expertise into the dating world, and we’re discussing some of her experiences coaching women and couples on healing that past trauma to become confident and attract real connections again.
