What does intuition mean to you?
In this week’s episode of The Relationship Circle Podcast, I sit down with Cassy Croucher, a coach and founder of We Elevate Collective, to explore the power of intuition in our lives. Cassy is a personal trainer - for your mind! She is a qualified NLP, breath & cold therapy coach. As a certified expert in these areas, she guides individuals to cultivate lives, careers, and mindsets that reveal their innate brilliance.
We will dive into the addictive nature of busyness and drama, the importance of separating other people's voices from our own intuition, and the significance of trusting our inner guidance. Cassy shares her insights on intuition as being present and listening to ourselves and others, distinguishing it from anxiety. We will discuss how intuition can lead us to unexpected and successful outcomes, the value of creating space for intuition to flourish, and how rest and routine can enhance our connection to it.
We’ll focus more on:
💫 Understanding busyness and drama addiction, awareness of the condition, and trusting your intuition.
💫 Importance of separating other people's voices from one's own intuition.
💫 Other ways to find trust, such as breathwork, meditation, and being in nature.
💫 Differentiating anxiety from intuition, with anxiety being fear-based and intuition being calm knowing.
💫 Importance of learning, deeper meaning, and personal growth in situations.
Join us as we discover the beauty and significance of intuition, find out the consequences of ignoring it, and empower you to trust your gut in navigating life's twists and turns!

The Relationship Circle
07/09/24 • 34 min

All the red flags that were too hard to ignore, all the time wasted, all the disappointing ends to relationships: it’s enough to make you give up on the idea of dating entirely! Even for the most confident of women, those bad dating experiences can shatter your confidence and make you question everything. Whether you’re asking yourself if you can cope with getting hurt and rejected again, or if you’re worried you’ll just repeat the same patterns over and over again, it can be incredibly intimidating to put yourself back out there. Why Women Worry About Being Alone Forever: Healing Past Trauma to Get You Back in the Dating Game with Phoebe Rogers
The Relationship Circle
07/30/24 • 42 min
It’s a classic catch-22: women worry that they’ll be alone forever, but also worry they don’t deserve true love. They’re too scared to reenter the dating world after ending yet another bad relationship that brought all their worst inner fears back to the surface. They might be left feeling like a small, scared child - and that’s exactly where this is all coming from, according to our guest this week, Phoebe Rogers! Phoebe is a clinical psychologist who specialises in dealing with ‘inner child trauma’, or to put it more simply, personality traits that have been created by wounds and unmet needs from our childhood and have stuck around to adulthood. She’s also extended her therapy expertise into the dating world, and we’re discussing some of her experiences coaching women and couples on healing that past trauma to become confident and attract real connections again. Embodying the spirit of what The Relationship Circle podcast is all about, Phoebe shares her best strategies for increasing your self-worth, becoming genuine in both the dating and relationship stages, and having a healthy connection with your own feelings and emotions. Phoebe takes our inner child by the hand as she guides us to recognising that the negative relationship patterns and narratives we keep telling ourselves are fact, are nothing more than fiction.
Some of Phoebe’s best advice in this episode:
👩👧 Healing your inner child: schema therapy, self-reflection, and showing kindness all parts of yourself (the good and the bad!)
👩👧 Releasing fears and rebuilding self-confidence when reentering the dating game
👩👧 Being authentic and realistic about what YOU want from a relationship
👩👧 Breaking dating patterns that aren’t working, and rebuilding ones that actually serve us
Listen to this week’s episode as Phoebe empowers us to heal our inner child in a safe and encouraging environment. This is your chance to elevate schoolyard romances to long-lasting and fulfilling adult relationships!

The Relationship Circle
06/18/24 • 46 min
It’s one of the oldest stereotypes in the world - the wicked step-parent, more monster than mother. But the fairytales have got it all wrong, according to mentor and coach Amy Stone, who joins us on today’s episode. After going through the trials of blending a family herself, she realised there were no guidelines, no self-help books - nothing out there on how to be a good step-parent. So, she decided to go out there and create her own! Amy speaks authentically and unapologetically about her own experience being a step-mum, and shares what she has learnt with both her countless clients and in her new book ‘Blend!’. Challenging Sexual Stereotypes With Tash Doherty
The Relationship Circle
05/28/24 • 30 min
Writing about the most intimate details of your sex life would make most people feel uncomfortable - let alone sharing it with the whole world! But this is not the case for Tash Doherty, the creative mind behind the Misseducated podcast and our fantastic guest on this week’s episode of The Relationship Circle. Tash is a British Irish American writer who can now add self-published author to her resume, as her new spicy coming-of-age novel ‘These Perfectly Careless Things’ was released late last year. Tash herself is an open book, sharing personal stories about all things sex, love, and life, and what it means to be a writer as she teaches sex writing workshops. No question is too personal as she guides us on a journey to shrug off sexual stereotypes and take pleasure in being your authentic self.
We take a closer look at:
❤️🔥 Challenging societal pressures and expectations placed on women
❤️🔥 Writing as a tool for self-discovery and transformation
❤️🔥 Redefining female pleasure and male vulnerability
❤️🔥 Dealing with taboo topics and potential backlash
Tune in as we have an honest, unapologetic, and sometimes NSFW conversation about what it means for women to be having sex with confidence, and how you can unlock and explore your own sexuality through writing.
To read Tash’s new book, ‘These Perfectly Careless Things’, you can purchase through this Amazon link.
To ask Tash anything (and I mean, anything!) connect with her via her socials or get involved with her Misseducated blog and podcast. Facebook, Instagram, on X, and her Website.
