You wouldn't read about it but Gropers greyhound got up for the second week running and wait until you hear the woeful form on this thing. It's All Aged Stakes day at Randwick this weekend to round off the Sydney Auttumn carnival, and a few of the boys have poured the Reggies into a nice colt. We were very nice and gave Pedro his SGM last week even though the bet was a void, is that the start of their comeback run? We can't thank everyone enough for getting amongst the jerseys, there is literally about 13 total of them left as we recorded so if you want one then you can try ya luck! We head to Eagle Farm this week for the group 1 with a cracking edition of the Kingsford Smith Cup. What about some of these glorious multis getting around! An official statement was released from Jace on behalf of The Reggies Podcast in relation to a certain RRLC post. Not sure what we had for lunch but everyone was on edge and wound up like a jack in a box! To get us going we discuss to the rumours of a potential rule change to the NRL kick off, followed up with non-interested rugby league players, followed up with the Australian cricket team, and finally into the men's netball dance squad. On a much more positive note, the chopperroos won another world title, Australian rugby had its best day in the sun for god knows how long, and Lizelle Lee (what a cricketing name) made 150* for the Hobart Hurricanes in a WBBL game. Another week, another crack up of a sports episode. We start the show by sharing the love around to everyone involved in supporting the show, not forgetting the most important supporter. The vlog from the Gold Coast of us buying a horse isn't far away, keep the ears peeled as we will be letting you know the plan moving forward with the shares and how to get involved. Massive recap of the weekend of footy, the Tigers and in particular Lachlan Galvin are a hot topic. Groper might head to Leichardt this weekend to get amongst the reggie action. How good was the Dogs and Eels game on Monday, great to see two rivals put on a show in front of 45k fans. Are Souths back? Time will tell! North Melbourne you little beauty, the shinboners get off the ground in season 2024 and it was great to see. Carlton are flying, the big freeze was a raging success once again and some controversy surrounding the finish to the hawthorn and St Kilda games. The T20 world cup is alive and kicking, speaking of kicking we kicked the poms to the curb on Sunday which might just put them on the brink of elimination! First up, Jace and Tom don’t STFU with an annoying cough the entire episode and should have probably been joint squeeze of the week recipients. Plenty happening in the RRLC as per usual, the boys start to get into the NRL and AFL with trial matches taking place across both codes. Some unbelievable performances in the cricket both across the globe and domestically, a big tour of NZ starts tonight with the first T20, test matches to follow in what should be a cracking tour! Volks loss at UFC 298 was absolutely devasting, some great fights throughout the night notably Rob Whitaker putting his name back in the hat in the middleweight division. A age old rule of golf is questioned after Jordan Spieth was DQ’d on the weekend at the Genesis tournament, and believe it or not Equestrian makes the show this week! Don’t say we don’t cover everything.

The boys are in a different scenery this episode as the studio is powerless, but we get the job done in the AB studio. Thank god it’s Friday and what a weekend of racing we have ahead. We've got the illustrious Caulfield cup, The Everest, The silver eagle and many more. If you don't park up and watch some unreal racing this weekend, you're not a true punter. Our 2nd instalment of our dart of the week sees a familiar number picked out, and some great value again. Just when you thought rugby league punting was over, the boys sniffed out a couple multis in the pacific championships. The new studio is almost ready! The Reggies are spending their last show or 2 on the couch and plan to be in the new studio with the new set up by Feb 7, the announcement of the reggies 4n1 cooler drop is set for Feb 8. Loads of content from the RRLC during the week, photos from a recent wedding were shared where the baggy reg took centre stage of the photoshoot! Jace is off the Gabba day/night test and the call went out for all the reggies to meet up meet up and have a beer. The Big Bash final took place during recording so apologies (not really) about all the screaming and carrying on. Josh Browns semi final heroics were big time captain of the week material, however he may just get pipped at the post. Cricket Australia and Patrick Cummins have aligned in their thought process surrounding the controversial Australia Day test match. Very sensitive topic so the boys do their best to navigate. Gropes is not happy with the golfing world, particularly the LPGA or whatever we are supposed to call it these days. The sales catalogue is out for the Easter sales put up by Inglis Bloodstock, with massive attention being paid to lot no.391 who is the first foal of arguably the greatest mare of all time. The old boys, barbs and the reggies all must lift on the punt before this new format starts in a couple of weeks time. Is this the week they turn the tide.

Pedro gets the hole this week after the wah’s robbed him of a 7 leg multi, Tommy dials in from Newcastle and the B1 segment is heating up with some quality lip being thrown around. Gropers Greyhound.....hmmm. We Cannot wait for a massive day of Saturday racing, lets get uppa!

Loads of sport again with Australian Open going on in Melbourne, another test series starting at the Adelaide Oval with Patty Cummins going completely against the history of the ground, UFC card with the middleweight title on the line. Ollie Robinson makes a return on the show, Graeme Swann comes out with some absolute rott, will we ever see another ‘big 3’ in the tennis world like the Federer, Nadal and Djockovic days? Barbs calls in with his punters club bets and absolutely lifts the roof of the studio after the boys weren’t sure if he’d remembered it was his turn. The old boys go again, the all in goes again, an all and all great show! Uppa.
