12/20/21 • 6 min
As we start moving into this holiday season. We have to realize and understand that every situation, every roadblock, every hiccup, every every uncomfortable situation is really all leading us down the path to our good and perfect gifts. There really is no such thing as a bad situation. It's all good, because it's all leading us to where we are to go and be something that you can begin to practice when you come into situations that are uncomfortable, that feel bad, that don't meet your expectations, you can begin to practice radical acceptance, knowing that I don't know what the future holds. I don't know what's down the timeline. But I believe that this situation can teach me something that will help me down the road.

57. The Secret to a Joyful Holiday
The Pursuit Podcast
11/08/21 • 18 min
It’s 's now the holiday season. And for some reason this year, I didn't feel prepared for this season, I'm already feeling overwhelmed and feeling like there's just so much on my plate that I don't feel like I'm going to get to enjoy it, it's just going to be so incredibly busy.
And because I know this, I knew there was something that I needed to shift again within me, I needed to change some things and get myself back centered into the space of love.
Now, I have centered myself back into a place of gratitude. And because I'm back in a place of gratitude, that flow of energy, that infinite source of love and joy and peace, and all the answers that I need in every moment. I feel that access again. I feel reconnected again. And that is what I’m here to help you on this podcast episode. May you have a beautiful and blessed holiday season.
