The PTSDCHAT Podcast is part of the PTSD.CHAT website and the #PTSDchat on Twitter (Wednesday nights at 9 Eastern). PTSDCHAT is here as a place of support to share experiences, exchange ideas, ask questions, teach and learn. Nothing presented by PTSDchat is meant to diagnose or treat any condition, however, you may find ideas and terminology to begin your own research. You are welcome whether you do, or do not, have PTSD. You are welcome if you know about PTSD, or do not. No membership, diagnosis or credentials are needed to participate, or just to listen. We all search for Living Peace. It is our hope that you find some of that here.
