On this episode of The Pro-Aging Podcast, I have board-certified dermatologist Dr. Asmi Sanghvi, a doctor of osteopathic medicine who specializes in integrative dermatology and is a part of the PFRANKMD family! Dr. Sanghvi approaches Dermatology in a holistic manner having a unique education in both eastern and western medical philosophies.

We discuss integrative dermatology and how it is used in a cosmetic dermatology practice for rejuvenation. Dr. Sanghvi discusses how she combines medical and cosmetic dermatology with food as medicine, which she further explored with training at the Ayurvedic Culinary Arts at New York City's Bhagavat Life, a chef training program aimed at promoting health, wellness, and holistic living to urban professionals.
