047. Transition Planning: Where to Start (Ep. 12 Re-listen)
04/29/24 • 25 min
So, hosts Megan (Smallwood) and Patrick (Cadigan) had a scheduling challenge around their next discussion, so they'll need some more time 😞
In the interim, they thought it would be a good idea to push an "oldie but goodie." They have re-edited Ep 12 so that you get straight to their discussion about where to begin (starting in a student's freshman year of high school and working through to senior year). They've also updated the audio (a bit) and the episode links; enjoy the conversation and they'll be back on a regularly scheduled feed very soon!
