Clay Patrick McBride- On today’s podcast I speak with photographer and educator Clay Patrick McBride. Clay has spent over 20 years photographing some of the top musicians and athletes such as Jay Z,Metallica, Kanye West,Lebron James, and Kobe Bryant to name a few. Clay’s work has appeared in publications such as Rolling Stone,Sports Illustrated,XXL,as well as shooting campaigns for Nike,Pontiac,and Boost Mobile to name a few. Beyond shooting some of the biggest artists Clay has worked as a photographic educator at the school of visual arts in NYC and Currently RIT in rochester,NY. In this interview I speak to Clay about how he got his start and also what the keys to his success have been.
