PH - Level Up You

Grab a copy of my new eBook - Gun To Your Head: From Gun Point to Car Crash: Real Life Stories of Overcoming Adversity
Path Hunters!
Excited for today's episode about leveling up you, lately, I've been thinking a lot about leveling up as a human being. Most of the time people tend to run away from their chaos, adversities, or problems but I personally think that you should be present in it. Be with it. Why?! Because it can grow you as a human being.
Throughout our lives, we have constantly challenged over and over again and every time we stand up and rise up to the challenge we come out victorious.
For example, when we were younger, we had to learn how to ride a bike, at that moment we felt like we couldn't do it, we were faced with a challenge and we felt afraid that there was always someone there with us telling us that we can do it. We then rise up after falling and sooner or later you were riding a bike.
Constantly going faster and faster!
As an adult now we think of that experience as something so small but during that time it was everything.
This is what I mean by leveling up, every time we're faced with a challenge and we rise to answer the call, most of the time we come out victorious!
So rise to the challenge!

PH - 56 | Riley Bennett | How Two Paths Ended Up In One Destination
The Path Hunters Podcast with Paul Lam
01/22/17 • 33 min
Beautiful Path Hunters,
This episode is quite interesting I recently connect with a Youtuber named Riley Bennett where he has a travel channel called Living that life. We decided to collaborate and did a video podcast.
It was my first video podcast and it was a great experience where I had to share this with all the path hunters listening to the podcast.
We can into much details about our journey and how different yet similar our paths are but ended up in the same place in Thailand.
Riley spoke about his whole entire journey how he left his job and took off with his best friend to Thailand to start a few business projects that ended up not working.
Why he started youtube, and some of his mindset.
It was definitely fun to do this episode with him.

PH - 06 | Simple Steps to Staying Positive
The Path Hunters Podcast with Paul Lam
07/08/16 • 9 min
Do you find yourself working a corporate job that you dislike or feeling unfullfiled?
Finding it hard to stay positive when there is so much stacked against you?
Staying positive and having the right attitude is really tough to maintain when feeling trapped in a job that you dislike.
Two very simple steps I take, Drink a bottle or two of water in the morning, then I ask myself 3 things I’m grateful for. I always say I'm grateful for my mom, dad, and brother. I’m Going to be a great entrepreneur that creates positive impact to everyone I come in contact with, and i'm in the relationship of my dreams.
Another positive exercise I usually practise is that whenever I feel a bit stressed or overwhelmed with work or something, go outdoors and just close your eyes ,and soak in the moment, it should only take about 3-5 mins for you to relax and calm down, and put yourself in the right place again. You have to remember that when you're stressed out, your mind is filled with many emotions that clouds your judgement, and ability to get things done.

PH - 103 | Dena Adriance | The Insider's Guide to Digital Nomads
The Path Hunters Podcast with Paul Lam
10/10/17 • 53 min
Book recommendation: Vagabonding: An Uncommon Guide to the Art of Long-Term World Travel
I love interviewing digital nomads, by definition they are people who share the love for travel and leverage the internet to create a source of income to travel the world.
As I've always said before that travel makes you smarter, it allows you to see the world. Adds to your perspective on life, and grows you as a human being. After traveling to multiple places in the world.
My guest Dena Adriance, recently started her digital nomad journey and is 1 year into her newly built business.
We got to hear her story on how she started and how she created this whole lifestyle for herself.
What I enjoyed about this conversation is that it's so fresh, Dena started her journey and when I spoke to her she was 7 months into her journey.
I hope you enjoy this episode
and thank you to Dena for joining me here on the podcast
Dena Adriance is a multi-passionate Renaissance Soul on a mission to help people reignite their creative spark and build a life that more fully honors all parts of themselves.
