Vigilance (Vigilance, Pt. 1)
The Pantheon
10/24/22 • 25 min
The job exist.
The job has reasons to exist.
What are those reasons?
Do you understand them?
No?
I thought so.

Opportunity: A Celestial is Born
The Pantheon
05/30/22 • 6 min
They call them the Celestial Cage for a reason. But that sounds redundant, doesn't it? There is always reason behind names.

Bones of Old (Chronology of the Box, 1)
The Pantheon
12/16/21 • 20 min
I've already written about this guy a couple of times. Why is it here? What is it doing? How is it doing anything in the first place? Those are all very rude questions. What if I asked you those same questions about you?

Monsters in Melinsk
The Pantheon
11/19/21 • 11 min
The only portion of a story that I could salvage :(
A soft of continuation of Midnight Train to Melinsk. It's the same narrator, but I couldn't finish the story for them, just this portion. I'm only putting it out here because it felt decent enough in isolation.

Contracts

Heresy among devils.

Abyss 5: Hell(o)
The Pantheon

Simultaneously the most clever and stupid title that I've come up with. :p

It Was the Middle of the Night - Pantheon Ep. 3
The Pantheon
02/05/20 • 9 min
The Prophet is visited in the middle of the night, long ago.
This visitor is quite odd, quite harsh, and in fact has already graced us in the first episode of the podcast. The visitor comes to people at their lowest, seeking to grant them something that might be appealing under those conditions: bloodlust. But this bloodlust it gives never ends, even when there is not another drop of blood left to be shed. How do you turn away this beast at your lowest point? What things can give you hope? There are many things. Here is one.
There's a lot of contemporary talk among the young of the "blackpill," the embrace of absolute, bloody nihilism in the face of the colossal problems of the present. This viewpoint, is, of course, spread by the first great antagonist foundational ideology. Victims of it are hopeless. Most will simply wallow in hopelessness and apathy, but a few will turn to bloodshed. As time passes and The One Who Isn't is left unopposed, the number of these people will grow larger and larger, until they perhaps take over the bulk of society. Best to avoid that.
The Pantheon is written and produced by Joshua White. Music by Erokia, distorted to fit.

Blank Time
The Pantheon
12/31/22 • 22 min
Doing that classic Pantheon thing of investigating old(ish) motifs from a different perspective. Perspective's a weird, weird thing, and a lot of the stupidity we have baked into ourselves is a result of our inability to morph and shift our own outlook. Well, I mean, who can blame us. We are always just one person, after all.

Lessons of the Auburn Rose
The Pantheon
05/03/23 • 6 min
This is just a personal grudge of mine.
You must always act with hope. Even when you cannot see it, you must act like it is there. Otherwise, how can things change? How can things get better?
You will not see the end. You will not even see your end. You will be gone before that. Stop laying back and rotting. You are a person. Act like it.
Personal grudge :p

How to Cook a Limoset
The Pantheon
01/16/24 • 11 min
I know. The question's been bugging you. How do you cook a limoset? Well, I'll tell ya. The Pantheon's now infringing on the recipe market.
