In this weeks episode I give a few tips that might help you find a hobby you enjoy and then also some ideas that you can try to make sure you can make time to actually do them outside of work 😌

It can be so difficult trying to find things you enjoy let alone get the energy to do them in your spare time. I share some of the roadblocks I find I have to deal with when trying to have a life outside of work 😑
